Shout is an ala carte creative shop. We do print, broadcast, outdoor and collateral, from start to finish. We can also just start or just finish, whatever you need, as long as you pay us. And try not to call us at home after 11pm.
We partner with some of the areas most talented and experienced, independent-and-loving-it creatives. And because we dont have to pay for their desks, fancy lap-top computers and long-distance phone calls, we can provide you with great work at a great price.

Chuck Thompson -- Copywriter, Creative Director
Chuck holds the unique distinction of being the first "creative" to emerge from Michigan State Universitys graduate program advertising management. He decided to forgo a well-paying research, media or account management job and opt instead for copywriting because it allowed him to wear jeans.
Before starting Shout in 1996, Chuck worked as a Copywriter/Associative Creative Director for three of Baltimore/Washingtons largest and most creative agencies: Ketchum, WB Doner and Eisner Communications, where he created Addy, Clio and One Show award-winning work for the American Car Manufacturing Association, Arbys, The Baltimore Sun, The Baltimore Zoo, Bell Atlantic, McCormick Spices, Mid Atlantic Milk Marketing, Scientific American and Tasco Sports Optics.
Before marriage, kids and managing a business he enjoyed running, biking, softball, photography and guitar. Now he enjoys napping whenever possible.

Susan Likens -- Print Production Manager
Susan has over 15 years experience maximizing budgets, streamlining processes and ensuring quality standards in print, collateral, direct mail and outdoor production.
As a Print Production Manager for two of Baltimores top agencies (gkv and Eisner Communications), she directed international, national, regional and local projects for a variety of clients, including Allfirst Bank, Choice Hotels International, Coventry Health Care, Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene --Tobacco Control, MedStar Health and Mariott Senior Living Services. During her four years as production supervisor for MBNA America, she also managed a staff of 20 and coordinated the production and fulfillment of multi-million dollar, international direct mail efforts.
Now, as a freelance production manager, Susan lends her expertise to both ad agencies and direct clients as well.
